Going in to get rid of some mold in a basement/crawl space. Make sure your humidity level in your basement or crawl is controlled to help prevent mold. A good humidity level is around between 42 to 48 % if you can get it to 50% or 51% you should be ok. It is good to have a mold inspection done to make sure it is not hidden somewhere especially within the insulation if you have insulation in your basement or crawl space. This is mold inside heating and AC EVAP coil. And on the outside of the EVAP coil. The air test we did on this customer showed it which means it was getting into the air in the home through the HVAC system. Call us if you see mold. We will do the Mold Remediation and make your home more safe. Call us and we can do an inspection. Crawl spaces can hold humidity and cause mold issues. This one had small amounts and we got it before it got worse. Mold Remediation and then sealed. The sealed areas can be painted or stained again.
