This Deck had quite the story. The homeowner was lied to by a Contractor said he pulled a permit had all the inspections done nothing he said was true. The Deck that he built did not last more than three years. After the homeowner went through pretty much worst case scenario, what a blessing to be trusted to deliver their next project. This is a TimberTech Deck on a KDAT frame with a TREX Rain escape system a premium cedar tongue and groove ceiling with a full light kit. This is the Castle Deck way.
