Currently working on a remodel at the Griggs County Historical Museum. We are replacing 50 year old finishes with Sheetrock and more contemporary finishes. We did quite a bit of framing throughout, insulated and are finishing up sheetrock now. Next, we will tape and paint. Thank you to Lumber Mart in Cooperstown for supplying all the material for this project, especially for getting the 54 inch sheetrock!

Due to water infiltration, windows were rotted out and had damaged framing. Sheetrock and siding were damaged in areas. Sheetrock and siding patched, 3 windows were reframed and replaced and siding was patched as needed. Other windows were scraped, glazed, caulked and primed.
