Another one in the books ✅

Just wrapped up this flooring project and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Brand new LVP flooring installed and all the trim reinstalled for a clean, finished look from wall to wall.

✨ Kitchen Remodel Update — Complete! ✨

As promised, here’s the finished update on this kitchen remodel by OCD Construction, LLC.
The project is officially wrapped up:
✔️ Sheetrock finishing
✔️ Fresh wall paint
✔️ Newly painted cabinets with updated hardware
✔️ Brand-new countertops

This transformation really brought the space together, and the clients couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Attention to detail is what I take pride in, and this project is a great example of that from start to finish.

New Year, New Flooring!

Starting the year off with some stunning updates for a client’s home! We removed all the old carpet, pad, and tack strip from the living room, dining room, hallway, master bedroom, and closet. We also removed the 7x7 tile section in front of the front door, where brand-new LVP will be installed. Plus, we’re adding fresh underlayment before the LVP goes down to ensure a perfect finish. And of course, the bathrooms are getting their own LVP upgrade. Stay tuned for amazing before-and-after shots and the final reveal!

Exciting Kitchen Reno Update!

We’re in the midst of a fantastic kitchen renovation! Right now, we’re refinishing the cabinets with careful sanding and prepping to bring out their natural beauty. We’re also adding a charming breakfast bar pop-out to enhance both functionality and style. Plus, we’re wrapping up wall painting and finishing the sheetrock, and soon we’ll be ready to paint the cabinets and give the kitchen a brand-new look! The new deck is really starting to take shape. We’ve got the framing set, stairs going in on both ends, and things are coming together nicely.

Still a bit of work left to go, but it’s exciting to see it transform step by step. Can’t wait to show off the finished product soon! 👷‍♂️✨
