From clearing the ground to the final landscaping touches — this little she shed came together awesome. 💪🏽🏡

We started by removing the old structure and prepping the site, then poured a brand new concrete slab for a solid foundation. From there we framed in the entire 10x12 shed kit, added a rear window for extra natural light and some benches for planting and storage. Finished the exterior with fresh paint, drainage and wrapped everything up with clean landscaping to blend it into the property perfectly. Gutters getting installed next week.

Another one in the books ✅

Just wrapped up this flooring project and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Brand new LVP flooring installed and all the trim reinstalled for a clean, finished look from wall to wall.

This upgrade not only freshens up the whole space but also gives the homeowner a durable, low-maintenance floor that’ll hold up great to everyday life.

✨ Kitchen Remodel Update — Complete! ✨

As promised, here’s the finished update on this kitchen remodel by OCD Construction, LLC.
The project is officially wrapped up:
✔️ Sheetrock finishing
✔️ Fresh wall paint
✔️ Newly painted cabinets with updated hardware
✔️ Brand-new countertops

This transformation really brought the space together, and the clients couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Attention to detail is what I take pride in, and this project is a great example of that from start to finish.

New Year, New Flooring!

Starting the year off with some stunning updates for a client’s home! We removed all the old carpet, pad, and tack strip from the living room, dining room, hallway, master bedroom, and closet. We also removed the 7x7 tile section in front of the front door, where brand-new LVP will be installed. Plus, we’re adding fresh underlayment before the LVP goes down to ensure a perfect finish. And of course, the bathrooms are getting their own LVP upgrade. Stay tuned for amazing before-and-after shots and the final reveal!

Exciting Kitchen Reno Update!

We’re in the midst of a fantastic kitchen renovation! Right now, we’re refinishing the cabinets with careful sanding and prepping to bring out their natural beauty. We’re also adding a charming breakfast bar pop-out to enhance both functionality and style. Plus, we’re wrapping up wall painting and finishing the sheetrock, and soon we’ll be ready to paint the cabinets and give the kitchen a brand-new look! Countertops coming from West Coast Monument soon! Stay tuned for more progress!
