Just wrapped up a fun commercial project in Brookings. This build was post tension beam construction. A huge thank you to our Journeyman Robby who ran the project with our Apprentice Zakk. A lot of hard work and long weeks down there. So nice to see the finished product.

Tri-County Plumbing is a family owned and operated company. We are looking for a Service Technician with Residential Remodel & New Construction experience. Commercial Plumbing work is also available based on experience.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Valid Journeyman Plumber License for the State of Oregon
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand/kneel for long periods of time
• Able to perform basic mathematical skills and read a tape measure
• Maintain an organized, safe and secure job site
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors and co-workers
• Follow all company standards outlined in the employee handbook

If you have the chance, take the time to tour Madison School next week. It was great working alongside many local trades on this project. Thank you to the residents of Coos Bay for passing the bond, the Coos Bay School District and Scott Partney Construction for the opportunity to be apart of it all. AND a huge shoutout to our job foreman Steve Howard that practically lived there in 2022!

After decades of use, Madison Elementary School was showing its age. But not anymore.

Thanks to money from the 2017 bond, Madison has been given a new lease on life, as the school was rebuilt, expanded and the aging school was turned into an almost new gem that will serve students for decades.

Next week, on March 8, Coos Bay School District will open the school to the community during an open house that begins at 5:30 p.m. District leaders and Madison Principal Carli Ainsworth will briefly share about the upgrades at the school before those who attend are allowed to tour the school on their own.
