This bathroom renovation is officially complete, and what a transformation it turned out to be!

Daly Electric was proud to partner with the talented team at 3 Daughters Construction on this stunning project. Together, we helped bring this space to life with modern lighting, comfort, and a touch of luxury.

🔹 Installed a WiFi bathroom fan/light combo for convenience and comfort
🔹 Added energy-efficient LED recessed lighting for bright, clean illumination
🔹 Installed LED color-changing strip lighting in the shower niches and vanity area to create a custom spa-like atmosphere
🔹 Carefully wired and integrated all electrical systems to complement the beautiful craftsmanship throughout the room

📞🕸️ When Was the Last Time You Looked Behind Your Phone System? 🕸️📞

Many businesses have phone and network systems that have been added to, modified, and abandoned over the years. Every new provider, equipment upgrade, or office change often leaves behind another bundle of cables. Before long, what started as a simple installation turns into a tangled maze of wiring that nobody fully understands anymore.

Recently, our customer Fatkin Natural Healing received an insurance inspection and one of the items noted was the excessive amount of old phone and communication wiring surrounding their network equipment.

What we found wasn't unusual:

✅ Abandoned phone cables that were no longer connected to anything
✅ Old communication wiring left behind from previous upgrades
✅ Unused equipment and mounting hardware
✅ Excess cable creating clutter around active network equipment
✅ A difficult-to-service area that could cause confusion during future troubleshooting

Daly Electric stepped in and performed a cable cleanup, removing a significant amount of obsolete wiring and organizing the remaining active systems.

✨ 🚧 Basement Project Update! Wait Until You See This Transformation! 🚧 ✨

One of our favorite parts of the job is watching a customer's vision slowly come to life—and this basement renovation with Jeff Klock is doing exactly that!

The custom drywall drop ceiling Jeff installed is really starting to shine, especially now that we've added the 4-inch LED recessed lighting throughout the space. The clean lines, modern lighting, and bright open feel are completely changing what was once an ordinary basement into a beautiful living area. 🔨💡

As the project moves along, we've also completed:
✅ New LED recessed lighting throughout the basement
✅ New electrical outlets placed where they're actually useful
✅ Electric baseboard heat to help take the winter chill out of the space
✅ Dimmers to create the perfect atmosphere for movie nights, entertaining, or relaxing

And, as with many remodels, we uncovered a surprise! 👀

The original chandelier location had actually been installed inside an HVAC air return chase. (If you look closely, that foil tape on the wall marks the old return location.) To correct the issue, Daly Electric safely removed the fixture and wiring from the air return, relocated everything to an open ceiling bay, and made one small access opening so we could properly support and install the new chandelier. The result? A much safer installation and a dramatic centerpiece that creates an inviting entrance to the finished basement.

Sometimes the best part of remodeling isn't just adding new features—it's finding and correcting the hidden issues from the past. With 38 years of experience, Daly Electric knows how to do both.
