We’re proud to share that two of our historic preservation projects have been recognized with AIA Awards.
 
The restoration of the historic Hulley Tower at Stetson University and the restoration of Miami’s iconic Freedom Tower were both honored for excellence in preserving Florida’s architectural heritage.
 
These projects reflect our commitment to thoughtful stewardship, craftsmanship, and the belief that historic places continue to shape the communities they serve. From stabilizing and restoring Hulley Tower as a symbol of Stetson’s campus to preserving the Freedom Tower as one of Miami’s most significant cultural landmarks, each project represents the power of preservation to honor the past while preparing these treasured places for future generations.

Once the 1963 headquarters of Pan American Airways, Heisenbottle Architects is reimagining this Miami landmark into the PS Private Suite Terminal.
 
Historic breeze blocks, gold accents, and original details are carefully being restored—while new private suites, lounges, and courtyards redefine the travel experience.
 
The terminal will welcome travelers this May as this iconic property begins its next chapter 🛩️
