Senior HVAC Service Technician (licensed and insured subcontractors may be considered) -

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Residential/light commercial -HVAC Experienced Technicians
All applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, be drug free, able to pass a background check and random drug testing
Job Types: Part-time/Full-Time
Salary based upon experience
Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance & installation services for residential and light commercial applications
Provide outstanding customer service
Meet company productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
Complete required electronic and physical paperwork accurately and within required time frames
Maintain company issued vehicle, tools, and equipment
Demonstrate company core values of integrity, stewardship, operational excellence, customer service, teamwork and innovation at all times
IDEAL Candidates Will Have:
Ability to wire and terminate devices, perform quality control start up, testing and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of repairing & installing HVAC systems in a new construction, build out and existing residential/light commercial settings
Outstanding customer service skills
Commitment to performing high quality work
Ability to provide outstanding professional references
REQUIRED Experience & Skills:
7+ years of light commercial & residential HVAC experience and be able to work independently
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
Ability to ascend/descend ladders
Excellent computer skills
Effective communication skills - ability to interact well with Retail Store /Facilities / Managers/Residential customers
Reliable transportation and basic HVAC hand tools
Flexible work schedule - must be willing to work nights, weekends and overtime, as needed.
