When you don't know whom to call all you need is "Faith".

I woke up this morning hearing the voice of the elderly man who lives right next-door to me. He sounded distressed talking on his cell phone but I'm not well-versed in Portuguese. Because I know un poco Español he and I were able to converse. His family had recently adopted two kittens and somehow they snuck out of the house and he asked me for my help looking for them. We found one in the each mango tree in his backyard. 25' up and 40' up!!!

Cue the "Mighty Mouse" theme song.

It took a few hours using my 22' extension ladder and our neighbor's 32' extension ladder for me to scruff each kitten and return them back to the ground.

The whole time when I climbed up the branches and was standing out on a limb I kept hearing Bunny's voice from when she talked about her wonderful friend Robert Lubinger that is a Coral Springs Firefighter/Paramedic who not only put up her hurricane shutters when she was a single mom but also saved her life multiple times. He told her that no one has ever found a cat skeleton in a tree. And that will be true once again with my next-door neighbors!

And at the end of the day when I saw the smiling faces of my neighbors I am sooooooo happy my Mom Vala Wagie let us climb trees in Wisconsin as kids!!!

I just received this wonderful video tonight from the Owners of my most recent remodel. Roy & Linda were A-MAZ-ING!!! I can't wait to watch the Miami Hurricanes bowl game on their 98" TV over the fireplace!!! :-)

Faith Builders LLC (CGC1518989) SNEAK PEAK!!!

Just a few photos of my most recent remodel which was completed this week. The owners did nearly a 100% gut of a 2/2 condo on Las Olas Isles in Fort Lauderdale. The kitchen had the original 1957 avocado green appliances. And an undercabinet mounted can opener. And a landline corded phone!!! It truly looked like "Ozzie and Harriet" and "I Love Lucy" and "Leave it to Beaver" all combined.

This remodel is now tied as my #1 most favorite EVER remodel!!!

I truly feel that I have the BEST team of subcontractors & suppliers from demo, framing & drywall, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, flooring, finish carpentry, painting, cabinets and countertops, tile Installation, closets, and Shower Doors & More!!!

A recent "After" and a brand new "Before"!!!

I recently completed a most incredibly beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom remodel in Wilton Manors. The owner has impeccable taste and is highly skilled in decor as you can see from his kitchen design.

And I will now be submitting permits to completely remodel a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in Las Olas Isles for Ozzie and Harriet which has the original kitchen and master bathroom dating back to the 1950's including the avocado green appliances and plumbing fixtures!!!
