Twenty years ago, Cherie Apuzzo walked through our doors at Roofing Concepts Unlimited as our receptionist. While none of us could have imagined the incredible journey ahead, one thing became clear very quicklyâCherie wasnât just looking for a job; she was building a career and becoming an irreplaceable part of our family.
Over the past two decades, Cherie has grown into our General Office Manager, taking on countless responsibilities with professionalism, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. From managing our office staff and multi-line phone system to overseeing contracts, legal documentation, office operations, and so much more, she has been the steady hand that helps keep our office running smoothly every single day.
What truly sets Cherie apart isnât just what she doesâitâs who she is. Her loyalty, work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine care for our employees, customers, and company have helped shape the culture of Roofing Concepts Unlimited. She has earned the respect and admiration of everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside her.
