HOMELAND PROPERTY INSPECTIONS is a full-service Family-owned and operated Hometown company located in Coral Springs, and in business since 1993. We are Residential and Commercial Property and Insurance Inspectors. We are one of the original and most trusted Windstorm Mitigation Companies. We have been completing Mitigation Inspections since 2003. We were also formerly known as Cue Construction, Inc., one of the Custom Home Builders in Coral Springs since the 80's!! HOMELAND PROPERTY INSPECTIONS is a local Coral Springs (Broward County). We are a family-owned and operated business. When we are on the job you can be sure you are getting a quality inspection, completed in a timely fashion. All Inspections are completed by a Licensed and Insured General Contractor, NOT an agent of a company. The inspectors name will always match the license number on the mitigation forms, and will be in an active status. Fully licensed and Insured. AT THE TIME OF A COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION, WHICH WILL ALWAYS INCLUDE INSURANCE INSPECTION(S), WE WILL DISCUSS WITH THE CURRENT HOMEOWNERS OR FUTURE OWNERS THE DEFICIENCIES, AND WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THEM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE FULL OPENING PROTECTION INSURANCE DISCOUNTS! INSURANCE AGENTS AND HOMEOWNERS: BEWARE OF COMPANIES WHO CHARGE $50-75 FOR WINDSTORM MITIGATION, you WILL get what you pay for! PLEASE Do not make the decision to hire another less experienced inspector over a $25-$50 difference in fees. Longevity and Experience in our industry is invaluable. One missed major component can cost you 1,000’s!! REALTORS: Refer us to your Buyers! We will complete their pre-purchase Comprehensive inspection, and their insurance mitigation inspection(s)!! There is No need to call another company after the Comprehensive inspection to do it! *if there are special circumstances where the buyer is not quite sure they are purchasing the property, and want to opt out of the insurance inspections, we will return for a discounted fee to complete the insurance inspection(s) that are needed. We are General Contractors, HOWEVER, when we perform a pre-purchase comprehensive inspection, we have absolutely NO INTEREST in the property other than to perform a limited visual inspection for the buyers.
