A bathroom exhaust fan venting out of soffit got stopped up causing excessive humidity and moisture to rot this decking from bottom. Once weakened it dipped holding rain water on top and the spreading over time. It pays to keep a close eye on all areas of your home. This was totally undetectable from the ground. I appreciate the homeowners trusting me to repair it. A great repair job is invisible when complete. Better than ever.

The flashings around walls and roof penetrations are the most important on a roof. Poor workmanship is the reason you may have to put on new 30 year shingles every 15 years. Im equipped with 40 years experience, tips and techniques along with the hand me down knowledge of two previous generations. I can offer you a 30 year shingle with a 50 year manufacturer warranty.
