We installed our GAF roofing system, including a new skylight, on this Charlotte home. Additionally, all solar panels were removed, as the homeowner opted to cancel connections.

Concord community with new instal with gaf system plus roofing system. These roof carries manufactures warranty along with workmanship warranty.

We are currently doing free inspection to multi community’s to be able to plan ahead. If your Communty is looking for new roofs in the near future it would be better for the those homeowners, board, management company to plan ahead.

The porch roof shingles were installed flat or 1/12 to 2/12 slope. Shingles are not meant to lay flat. Water will get through. This roof also did not have any wall flashing. We used a base sheet & cap sheet roles for this application.
