Rack Room Shoes is open for business in Forney, TX. J.M. Stitt Construction, Inc. completed the fit-out of this location at 11610 East US Highway 80, Suite 140, Forney, TX 75126. Site preparation underway for Olive Garden Restaurant in Bullhead City, AZ. J.M. Stitt Construction is pushing this project forward with an anticipated Q4 2026 opening. This will be a beautiful addition to the area and we are excited to be a part of it.

Another 7-Eleven rising from the ground at 4283 Crater Lake Avenue in Medford, Oregon. Tentatively scheduled to open October 15, 2026, J.M. Stitt Construction, Inc is making great progress on the site and building. We appreciate the opportunity to be involved in this project which will be of great value and convenience to the people of Medford.

Another beautiful Yard House restaurant completed and open for business at 24201 Magic Mountain Parkway in Santa Clarita, CA built by J.M. Stitt Construction, Inc.
Located in the River Oaks Shopping Center, you can enjoy American-style dishes, and the world's largest selection of draft beer with 110 taps to enjoy.
This was a ground-up project that started with the demolition of an old building on site and culminated in a gorgeous addition to the community. We thank Yard House for the opportunity to handle this project and value our ongoing relationship with all the Darden Restaurants brand.
