The past 2 years dealing with these supply chain issues I decided we needed a different business model then before. We decided to start purchasing large amounts of stock materials to ensure we could deliver and meet expectations. We also decided to simplify our

customers buying journey by setting up immediate visual rough quotes which really allows the customer to know in advance if this an investment they would like to pursue. My mission is to continue to keep our installation lead times down to under 1 week. The reality is so many people just don’t want to wait for things these days (including myself) so we want to be ready to grant that wish.
