New Aluminum Gate Installation Near the Bay 🌊

This project involved replacing a rusted steel gate and fence section that had deteriorated due to the property's location near the water.

Coastal environments can be extremely harsh on steel, which is why the new system was built using aluminum, providing greater resistance to corrosion while maintaining strength and appearance over the long term.

A smart upgrade for life near the coast.

A small detail can make a big difference in the life of a fence.

While passing by this wood fence, we noticed it was well built overall, but the cedar skirt board was installed in direct contact with the ground. Over time, ground moisture can be absorbed into the wood, leading to premature rot and costly repairs.

In this video, we explain a better solution that helps protect the fence and extend its lifespan.

This project started with digging and setting posts for a 2x12 wood fence. During the process, larger-than-expected holes required additional concrete, and tree removal added extra time to the job.

Custom Gate Installation – Port Aransas, Texas 🔨

This project included a wooden lock gate for a golf cart and a remote-controlled sliding gate, all built within a tight space.

To ensure safety, we installed photo eye sensors on both sides, preventing the gate from closing if a golf cart is in the way.

The system was built using wood and aluminum to handle coastal conditions and resist rust over time.
