Nothing ruins a good load faster than hearing, "Take some out." π
A few extra tons might not sound like a big deal, but an overloaded truck means stopping the loading process, removing material, re-weighing, and getting back in line.
That creates delays at the loader, the scale, and eventually the jobsite.
When the load is right the first time, trucks keep moving, wait times stay down, and everyone stays productive.
Sometimes the best part of an operation is when nothing has to be fixed.
