Hiring: Skilled Jack of All Trades – Immediate Work

I’m looking for a solid, dependable jack of all trades to work alongside me. This is hands on work for someone who takes real pride in their craft, not just looking to collect a check.

Work includes:
• Fascia repair
• Staircase remodel
• Fireplace remodels
• Palm tree trimming
• Vinyl plank flooring installation
• Tile demo/install
• Painting
• General construction & repair work

What I expect:
• You own your tools and have reliable transportation
• You know how to work a job the right way, not the fast way
• You show up on time, work hard, and clean up after yourself
• You can work independently and still take direction
• You care about the finished product like it has your name on it

Pay:
• Starts at $18/hr
• After evaluation, pay moves to $20-$25/hr based on skill, reliability, and workmanship (Pay increase after completing three separate jobs in three different trades, done right the first time.)

This is temporary to start, but there is long-term work for the right person. If you’re good, consistent, and take pride in what you build and repair message me.

Happy Veterans Day to my fellow veterans! I proudly served 6 years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer (12B), with two deployments to Iraq:

• 2009–2010 (Southern Iraq): Conducted route clearance patrols to detect and neutralize roadside bombs while training Iraqi Army units in explosive hazard mitigation.

• 2011–2012 (Central Iraq): Served as an intelligence analyst, collecting and disseminating critical data to enable safe passage for route clearance teams.
Awarded the Purple Heart in 2011 for wounds sustained in combat.

Not every project starts fresh — sometimes, we’re brought in to fix what wasn’t done right the first time.

This one took patience, teamwork, and a careful hand to clean up wiring that had been left hanging and sloppy. Now everything’s neat and secure! We even took a little break to help our client fly his drone! 😄
