Corpus Christi is still in stage 3 water restrictions and it doesn't look like it's going to lift anytime soon! As of now you are not allowed to water landscaping however you can water potted plants and you can water vegetable gardens during the allotted time frames! I hope this customer fix a garden bed that is full of herbs and vegetables that are also ornamental so she can have a nice bed that she can water! We also did a raised garden bed in the back for her! Right now they're in the state tree water restrictions we highly recommend planting vegetables and herbs amongst your landscaping!
