Going to have to change the company name to " 1 Father 2 Sons ". What father wouldn't be proud of these two and want to brag a little? Brady is cutting ridge and James is laying out shingles to put on.

My oldest son James McLaughlin's second day at work with his dad. He's doing a great job, he is a better worker then most of the people I've hired. Very proud to call him my son!

Hiring 2 roofers and 1 helper $15 -$25 per hour and paid weekly. Piece work available if you're good enough . Staring pay based on: experience, tools owned & DL status. 420 friendly crew. Willing to train the right person. Job requires: VERY EARLY MORNINGS, attention to details, working in all weather conditions, lifting 80 to 100 pounds throughout the day, working at heights (safely) and the desire and ability to learn and grow. After the shingles and underlayment have been removed we pull ALL the roofing nails. Nails can back out and cause shingle damage. Just one of the steps we do to make sure you get the best roof possible.
