Main water lines from road to house running through a brook in Yorktown heights. Ive never seen anything like this in 25 years. We thawed it out succesfuly. Whoever installed this 30 to 40 years ago should be banned from plumbing.

Have your boiler cleaned and inspected now......and be sure to shut off and drain any outside hosebibs before winter to prevent freezing.
