We're excited to kick off 2026 by welcoming our newest team member, Sam Gallo! Sam brings a unique background to Davison & Moore—an Orange County native with a Master's in Marine Biology and NCAA Division I water polo experience at UC San Diego.

While his journey from marine science to commercial flooring might seem unconventional, Sam's analytical mindset, competitive drive, and problem-solving skills are exactly what we look for in our team. We can't wait to see him apply that same dedication to our projects.

When he's not on the jobsite as our newest Project Manager, you'll find Sam in the ocean—surfing, spearfishing, or playing water polo along the Southern California coast.

A Purdue University Global graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Zack built his foundation working in event production, construction, and athletics—developing the adaptability, discipline, and problem-solving skills that make him a natural fit for our team.

What sets Zack apart? His professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to quality. Whether he's on the job or catching waves, playing soccer, or hitting the golf course, Zack brings focus and drive to everything he does.

We may be a little late to the party on this one, but we don’t want to miss the chance to officially introduce and celebrate Ethan Ruiz!

Born and raised in Newport Beach, Ethan brings a unique mix of athletics, construction, and sales experience to our team. A former collegiate rower at the University of Washington, he went on to complete his degree in Business and Marketing at Cal State Long Beach while gaining hands-on experience as an estimator and assistant to a general contractor.

After graduation, Ethan returned to the sport he loves as a coach at the Newport Aquatic Center, where he helped young athletes earn gold and silver medals on the national stage. Most recently, he worked in healthcare sales, assisting individuals and families with their insurance needs — always building lasting relationships and communicating with professionalism.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys fishing and golfing — lifelong passions that reflect the same focus and dedication he brings to his career.

Ethan joined Davison & Moore a month ago and has already made a big impact. From day one, he’s jumped right in with a great attitude and has done a fantastic job supporting our projects and sales team. We’re thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait to see all that he’ll accomplish here!

Conner was born and raised in Newport Beach, and after attending Auburn University, Conner began his career in the golf industry serving as Assistant Superintendent at the prestigious Pelican Hill Golf Club. There, he developed a strong eye for detail and a deep appreciation for how well-designed, functional spaces enhance the guest experience. Now at Davison + Moore, Conner applies that same mindset to commercial flooring. His hands-on background in facility operations drives his commitment to helping clients find the right flooring solutions - ones that not only look great but stand up to real-world use. Outside of work you'll find him hiking local trails, surfing local breaks, or enjoying a round of golf.

Steven Faulconer brings over a decade of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership to his role as Warehouse Manager at D+M. With a background working for brands like Volcom and Liberated Brands, Steven has overseen multimillion-dollar inventories and led logistics for large-scale events and installations. Based in Newport Beach, he's also an avid surfer whose energy and adaptability drive his leadership style. At D+M, Steven is focused on optimizing operations and supporting growth with precision and passion. We are thrilled to add another great hire to our team!
