Michigan isn’t just a state. It’s a cabin. A fishing trip. A family reunion. A place that feels like home.

This new Michigan cribbage board was designed to celebrate the Great Lakes State, featuring all 120 scoring holes, a dedicated winner track, and a shape that’s instantly recognizable to anyone who’s ever called Michigan home.

Whether it’s headed to a lake cabin, hunting camp, game room, or family gathering, this one was built to create memories around the table.

What Michigan town, lake, or memory would this board remind you of?

It’s not really a lake map.

It’s a map of where life happened.

The lake where Grandpa taught them to fish.

The cabin that’s been in the family for 40 years.

The place they got engaged.

The river they spent every summer exploring.

The retirement cabin they finally bought after years of dreaming.

That’s what I love most about making these.

Every map starts as a shoreline on a screen.

Then somebody tells me why it matters.

And suddenly it’s not a lake anymore.

It’s memories.

If you could hang ONE lake, river, or place on your wall forever, what would it be?

Tag someone who would answer with the same place as you.

👇 I’d genuinely love to hear the stories.

Angela trusted me to take her dogs out while she was at work and I’m pretty sure I accidentally joined a tiny chaotic hiking gang.

One of them looked like a motivational speaker.
One looked like they owed me money.
One wandered into the woods like an NPC with a side quest.

10/10 lunch break.

Please feel free to assign personalities/captions to each dog.

Somewhere between game night and heirloom.

Handcrafted oversized trump dice for Euchre, engraved with ornate suit artwork and finished to feel right at home beside worn cards, whiskey glasses, low lighting, and overly competitive relatives.

Built for Euchre nights. Poker rooms. Cabin weekends.
Or just sitting on the shelf looking suspiciously expensive.

Each die is individually shaped, engraved, and finished by hand — because “pick a suit” deserved a better delivery system than yelling across the table or using leftover cards like some peasant.

There’s something honest about working with your hands.
No shortcuts. No filters. Just steel, grain, and patience.
(Ignore the irony of the filters I used on my photo)

Every strike tells a story.
Every mark becomes part of the piece.
And somewhere between the noise and the sawdust… things get quiet.

This is where ideas turn into something you can actually hold.
This is where I like to be.

Built slow. Built real. Built by hand.
