We’re looking to add a qualified operator to the team this season as we continue expanding at Purdy Land Management LLC.

We’ve hit a point where growth is happening fast, and we’re ready to build another solid crew to keep up with demand. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and experienced around equipment, job sites, and working outdoors.

What we’re looking for:
• Clean driving record & Reliable Transportation
• Experience operating equipment
• Ability to tow and transport equipment safely
• Strong work ethic and good attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Excavation, brush clearing, or construction experience preferred

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a local company that stays busy and works on a wide variety of projects.

Pay = $25+ HR DOE

This machine sure is impressive! 🤩

It heads out Tuesday for its first job, teaming up with a 12K excavator to clear a half-acre lot in Eugene. We’ve got a packed schedule between now and the 4th of July, and we can’t wait to see what this machine can do for our customers and our crew. 💪🚜
