For all residence who have the round, green lid grinder tanks in your yard, that is a sewage pump that pumps the sewage from the structure to the city main. If your power is out, the sewage pump is not pumping so be mindful of how many times you flush your commode or how much water you’re running in your sinks/showers. Eventually, the tank will fill, and it will start backfilling the lines under your home, which could lead to showers and tubs and toilets start backing up and overflowing.

We wrapped up another custom home in Davison County. This is an addition onto a historic home south of downtown Nashville. 1 full bath, a working pantry and 2 half baths were added on the rear of this home as well as an outdoor kitchen area for entertaining around the new pool. All of these fixtures are also set up on a recirculating system that was incorporated into the existing water distribution system.

This is the 2nd home we finished up in East Nashville.

Another custom home in Williamson county complete! This home will have an endless supply of hot water due to the Rinnai tankless water heater as well as being set up for a recirculating system! This spec home consists of 4 full baths, 3 half baths, a laundry took on the 1st floor as well as washer and dryer hook ups on the 2nd floor. The bonus room over the garage also has provisions for a future wet bar.
