Barn Roof Extension & Structural Upgrade

We recently completed a 48’ x 14’ barn roof addition with a 5’ pony wall extension, transforming an older barn into a larger, stronger, and better-looking structure.

Scope of Work Included:

- Installed new 4x8 beams for pony wall structural support
- Added reinforced bracing to improve structural stability
- Framed and installed a new 2x pony wall system
- Installed a complete truss system for the roof extension
-Skip-sheathing layout for proper metal panel support
- Installed PBR siding panels and PBR roofing panels

This type of project is a great way to expand usable space in an existing barn without rebuilding the entire structure. It also modernizes the appearance while strengthening the framing.

Next phase will include:
• Full trim-out of the existing barn
• Installation of new shop doors
