DUMP TRUCK DRIVER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NEEDED

Perform general labor to support operation requirements for remodeling company as needed.

Maintain facilities. Complete ongoing periodic walkthroughs of the interior and exterior of office building to ensure it is up to standards in regards to cleanliness and efficiency.

Set up facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc.

Secure buildings when facilities are not in use. Organize items received from shipment.

Job site - debris pick up and removal.
Other tasks as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills.
Valid MA driver's license.
Ability to pass medical exam for DOT.
