A Raymond Plumbing is looking for a new Office Assistant, Future Office Manager that has experience with Quickbooks, Financials, A/R, A/P, billing, sales tax, Payroll, scheduling, answering phones, everything that it takes to running a very busy office. This position will start off as an Office Assistant under Mary my current Office Manager and then move into Mary's position after she retires in 2 yrs. Paid vacation, holidays, insurance, 401k full time position.
