Yesterday we removed and replaced an old carrier rooftop unit that had a bad heat exchanger in it for the Council Grove Public Library with a New Daikin unit. I have been hearing rumors of me going back to work for another company. This is not true. I have just been so busy with several very large construction jobs that I had to quit taking on work for a while. I will be caught up in August and taking on things again. Thank you

I have been turning down a lot of work lately. That being said, I am pretty much booked through the first of August. I will be Very limited on what I will take on. It is unfortunate, I just don’t have the manpower to do everything.

I have been installing these for a few years now. These are an awesome way to heat and cool a room very economically. There are also multi-zone units that allow you to have multiple indoor units with one outdoor unit. Energy savings with these are great!

Today we had a customer that had some issues with their sewer main. The Line was backing up. We ran the sewer machine down the drain and cleared the blockage. After clearing blockage we were able to run a camera down the line and pin point the exact problem that is causing the blockage. This particular line has separated and is broke causing tree roots to grow inside of the pipe. Our camera system has a locater on it and we were able to mark the exact location of the pipe in the yard for minimal excavating to repair. The rest of the line was in good shape to the main so no need to dig up the entire yard to repair.
Our sewer main cleaning is stand alone for $200 (extra if no clean out outside) if you would like a camera service while we are there it is an additional $75. Camera service by itself if $200.

Installed a 3” backflow preventer, replaced an 80 gallon water heater, re piped the 3” water main and replaced all the shut off valves. It’s has been a while since I soldered 3” copper.
