Hello everyone!

I’m sure most of you are aware of what happened with my father, and if you aren’t, he unexpectedly passed in April.

My dad was VERY well known by many, and most people know me as “Fulton’s kid.”

Well, my name is Zoey Fulton. My dad, Chad Fulton, started Fulton Construction 25 years ago. I watched him build this business my whole life and admired the pride he took in his work.

Hunter Phillips and I have made the decision to continue building on my father’s legacy.

With that being said, Fulton-Phillips Septic and Grading LLC (DBA Fulton-Phillips Construction) is fully operational and running! Anyone who knew my dad knows he taught and trusted us to carry on his family business for years to come.

We want to kindly clarify that there are other companies out there, including some with similar names, which have recently been confused with our business. We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you that Fulton-Phillips Construction is a continuation of my father’s business (Fulton Construction), which he built from the ground up, and we are committed to continuing to serve our customers with the same dedication and care he instilled in us.

We miss him every day, but we carry on knowing he’s watching over us, guiding us every step of the way.

Thank you all for your continued support. We look forward to meeting new people and continuing to serve our valued customers just as Dad did.

A few pictures from a Presby septic system. We installed our 4th one today and I have to admit, I wish we would have adopted them earlier and not fought it! I fought using this new style of system for the last year to year and a half or so because I thought I had enough “tools” in my toolbox. I was wrong!! This system offers another option for our customers that provides a cost effective alternative to a challenging site or soils. It’s not do all end all solution but another “tool” we have to offer our customers. This product is manufactured by AES which is owned by Infiltrator Technologies, an excellent company to work with and great factory support. As spring inches closer and closer, now is the time to be thinking about septic maintenance and repairs. Do you have access risers on your tank so it can be inspected and pumped? If not now’s the time to schedule it. Have a wet spot in the yard last year or drains slow and gurgling? Now is the time to be thinking about it. Also, if you are considering selling your home and have a septic system, it is better to be proactive and make any repairs before listing. Reach out with any questions or concerns. The time has come to make the announcement. Fulton Construction LLC, is expanding its services. To go along with home building, septic system installation and repairs and residential excavation, we are adding another service. We will be offering roll off dumpster containers. We will be specializing in small to medium size projects. We currently have 13 & 17 yard containers for rent. This is not an attempt to compete with the large roll off services but to fill a void in the market serving smaller projects such as property clean outs, remodels or just a good household purge.
