Trenched✅Filled✅Top Dressed✅.

This customer required trenching for electrical to the pool and shed, which we were happy to perform last week. They then called us back once the electrical was handled, to backfill the trench. We secured the conduit with a processed gravel base, added caution tape for future digging, backfilled with native soil, and top-dressed with a compost blend.

This yard has undergone significant transformation, showcasing the impressive outcome of meticulous renovation efforts. The process commenced with an extensive regrade involving 60 yards of topsoil, followed by topdressing and overseeding in the subsequent year after the client opted for an irrigation system installation. The culmination of this work is evident in the yard's current state, characterized by a lush, green, and thriving lawn.

This property got a full mulch bed makeover with fresh edge lines, shrub shaping, clean bed definitions, and premium dark brown mulch to completely transform the curb appeal.

The goal was simple:
✅ Cleaner appearance
✅ Defined landscape beds
✅ Low-maintenance finish
✅ Make the entire property pop
✅ Install fresh plants

The fresh mulch and crisp edging really brought out the color of the ornamental trees and shrubs while giving the home a polished, high-end look.

We're excited to expand our services at Lavallee Property Services, following the investment in new mowers and a tractor that will support our operations. This development will allow us to provide top-notch service to an increasing number of clients. A bit about me - I'm Josh Lavallee, the owner. Although I didn't originate from a landscaping background, I've developed a passion for the work over the past six years. I'm also proud to serve as a Pawtucket fireman, a role I've held for just over two years. My family plays a vital role in my life, being a husband and father to four.
