We’re wrapping up Elm Street Plaza in downtown Cincinnati!

This project brought its fair share of challenges, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see it come together right in time for the holidays. Our team’s been sending multiple loads Monday–Saturday starting at 5 AM to keep things moving—huge thanks to our partners , Prus Construction , and everyone involved.

What’s opening at Elm Street Plaza: A brand‑new UC Health Ice Rink, presented by Fifth Third Bank, plus a cozy warming tent and rentable igloos—perfect for family fun all season. This 2.5‑acre civic space sits between 5th & 6th Streets and connects directly to the convention center, with green gardens, a dog park, a pavilion bar, public art, and an interactive water feature to enjoy year‑round.

Proud moment for Hilltop and the City of Cincinnati—can’t wait for your families to see it this holiday season!

On Saturday, October 18th, Hilltop proudly joined thousands at Yeatman's Cove for the Making Strides Walk for Breast Cancer. Whether honoring someone special or standing in solidarity, our team showed up with heart and purpose. Participating in this event is community focused and reflects Hilltop’s core values.
