We have some exciting news….American Sound Indy closed on our new building last Friday. 40,000 sq ft that will be transformed into our remote support center. This proactive approach to support will allow our clients to protect their AV and security investments and reduce downtime of their critical systems.

Merry Christmas from our American Sound family. We sincerely appreciate all of our friends, family, clients, suppliers, and manufacturers. I have left out the sourcing departments, I assume you all got coal this year 😂😂

“It takes a village” is never more apparent than at the end of the year. Reflecting on the record year we just wrapped up, you realize there are so many people to thank and be greatful for. Thank you to each and every one of you.

For the 5th consecutive year, American Sound will be closed the last week of the year so our employees and their families can enjoy this time with their loved ones. We will see you in 2023!!!

We were able to take some of our operations team to Key West this week. We got to know some of our new additions, but also spend time with some of the long time American Sound family. We discussed a range of topics from next years goals, to leadership training, to how do we best provide for our team.

We all agree this needs to be a regular event to get to know the team outside of our drive to be the best.

Today feels like Christmas at American Sound.

We were able to distribute $500,000 in bonuses today. In the 4 years since we took over, we have passed out an extra weeks pay check for every quarter you worked for us that year. This year we added an additional week bonus for every full year that the employee had with us prior to 2022. It’s so much fun hearing the stories of what our team will do with the extra money they EARNED.

On a fun side note, this week we passed $40,000,000 in revenue while increasing profit percentage by 100%. It’s been a fun ride and we just added another location to beef up next years outlook.

We have secured financing on our new $6.7 million home in Indianapolis. We can’t wait to move in and make it an AV showcase for our clients. This will be home to our remote support center and allow us to provide an unparalleled level of proactive AV support.
