We have been certified and are the authorized distributor of General Aluminum Windows in this area. General Aluminum1900 series windows have a ten year warranty on defective glass for the original homeowner. The glass panels have an aluminum band on the inside of the panels stamped with a production date. It might read 04-2, which means it was built in February of 2004. If that date is less than ten years from today, your windows will be in warranty. If your windows are not in warranty, Richlyn will provide an itemized cost proposal. This proposal will list the cost of material and labor to install each piece of glass that is defective and in need of replacement. As in our construction services, there are no secrets or hidden costs. Our thoroughly trained and qualified staff will change your defective windows leaving nothing behind but complete satisfaction.
