to Taiho Oncology’s Conference Center in Princeton, NJ.

Some of the most important work in a finished space is the work you’ll never see. When the existing structure couldn’t support the new demountable partition system planned for the main conference room, our team worked closely with trade partners to incorporate the structural reinforcement needed to make the flexible space possible.

The result: 17,000 SF of conference, collaboration and breakout space designed around how Taiho’s team works and connects.

How do you build a 2,000-linear-foot boardwalk through protected wetlands within a 10-foot-wide construction corridor?

At Fellowship Village, the team worked through challenging conditions to install nearly 300 concrete piers for an ADA-accessible elevated trail, while carefully limiting disturbance to the surrounding environment. The finished amenity features observation areas, seating and a bird blind, plus a 1,500-square-foot dog park for four-legged residents.
