🤣 🚨 PSA:

What NOT to Do When Your Crew Says
"DON'T TOUCH IT." 🚨

Customer: "My sink is clogged."

Us: "No problem! Even though it wasn't part of our project, we'll see if we can help." 💪

We tried snaking the drain... no luck. At that point, we told our client:
🚫 Please don't use the sink.
🚫 Don't pour anything down it.
🚫 We're calling our trusted plumber.

To make it EXTRA obvious... we even put blue painter's tape in a giant X over the sink. 😅

Apparently, the tape translated to...
"Challenge accepted." 🤣
Because after we left, the sink got the deluxe DIY treatment:
🥤 Coca-Cola
🧪 Drano
🔥 Hot water

The result?

💥 A bubbling chemical soup.
🥵 Extremely hot pipes. ☠️ A hazardous mess that made the repair even more difficult and dangerous.

Here's the lesson:
❌ Never mix drain cleaners with other chemicals or household products.
❌ Don't pour boiling water into a clogged drain if chemicals have already been used.
❌ And if your contractor or plumber tells you to leave it alone... Just leave it alone.

Sometimes, trying to save a few minutes ends up costing more money and creating a bigger repair.

Moral of the story:
The blue tape wasn't decoration... it was a cry for help. 😂💙

Everyone thinks being the boss is glamorous and fun... especially when you own two businesses. 😅
Try having your construction crew calling because there's a water leak 🚰, your cleaning crew calling because there's no water for a post-construction clean 🪣, your plumber calling, the township calling, homeowners calling, my daughter calling...
EVERYONE CALLING.

One emergency is up north. The other emergency is down south.
It's not even noon and I've already had enough of this Monday. 🤦🏻‍♀️

People see the finished projects, the social media posts, and the business growth. What they don't see are the days when you're putting out fires from every direction while trying to keep everything moving .

So yes... this upside-down picture is a pretty accurate representation of how my Monday is going. 😂

But hey, that's boss life.
Now excuse me while I answer another phone call. 📱☕💪
