Tropical storm Elsa is well on its way to impact southern New England. The timing of the storm is Friday morning around 9am.

With most of Southern New England under tropical storm warning, this means to be prepared for heavy rains and some high gusts of wind. With the last week or so of rain, the odds of localized flooding is substantial.

This was a large fire loss that Alliance Restoration received from a major insurance carrier. When your world is turned upside down, turn to the people who your insurance carrier trusts! Thankfully, everyone made it out alive from this fire and we at Alliance look forward to restoring this home back to original condition.

This was one of our 42 claims we completed down in Houston, definitely one of the biggest! It was a complete demo of the entire house. Our customer had multiple pipes burst including a sewage pipe that went throughout the first floor. This was a 2800 sq foot home we were able to complete in 2.5 days! We filled up 10 bull bags and 2 30 yard dumpsters. Best part? We received 10/10’s on our customer satisfaction survey, happy customer! @ Houston, Texas

Time to be get the batteries stocked up and the gas ready for the generator! The National Weather Service has generated a statement saying, "A period of widespread rain with embedded downpours will impact southern New England this afternoon and evening. This may lead to localized street flooding, particularly during the evening commute. Keep this in mind if you will be traveling this evening and avoid driving through flooded roads." The timing of this storm will vary across New England but expect early afternoon to see rain and the wind to be prevalent come this afternoon.
