Achievement First Iluminar Mayoral Academy celebrated a major milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday. Pariseault Builders is grateful to have partnered on this effort along with Kaestle Boos Associates, which included the renovation of a 75,000-square-foot facility and the construction of a 17,000-square-foot addition, all while the school remained operational. The upgraded campus now features modern classrooms, offices, athletic facilities, a library, cafeteria, and auditorium, creating a dynamic learning environment for up to 700 students in grades 9 through 11.

Langford Estates is a 4-story, 40-Unit Senior Housing Complex set in the Reynolds Farm development in North Kingstown, RI. Completed about 5 years ago for Valley Affordable Housing, this project posed numerous hurdles that Pariseault overcame including 2 months of drilling and blasting ledge to prepare the site for the new building.
