Today we started another project not missing a beat , the project a young man’s wish to better his home & family by remodeling to their needs. The loan, a thorough and well vetted background and validation of a contractor. There are a handful of true veteran, certified contractors, hardly any that will go through certain procedures for a lender.

We are a small crew, but honest in all our intentions and improvements. We have sold houses at a value comfortable, to our profit margin , very competive knowing it still could sale for more but refuse too.

It was well over 100 degrees, and David prob wishes he had his loin cloth imitation Indian Texas safari cliff diving job . But he shows up and takes on life just like promised!

Thankful for the cursing, beer, drinking at noon , nail gun shooting, sleeveless shirt wearing, badgering, loyal, butt kicking , crack of dawn, 60 hr week, hard ass men that raised us. They made providers out of us, I vow to always do my best to feed such an important person in my life!

Here’s to a literally dying breed!
