To whom it may concern,
I would like to write a follow up comment to my google review last fall regarding an amazing company called Forgotten Coast Construction. When I first purchased my new construction home in St. James Bay Golf Community, Carrabelle FL - the initial experience with the real estate and construction team was simply amazing!
The ownership team of Cody Moody and Jennifer Beaty exceed any builder or real estate firm in all of Franklin County. I had several important questions when I was interested in purchasing my home, relocating and being new to the area. I was looking to purchase a new construction home with the best location I could find, near golf and the gulf but still stay within my budget. Jennifer worked consistently with our realtors on any questions I had prior to our closing, always with respect and kindness. She helped me with the highest level of professionalism when I extended my offer to purchase the home. Jennifer was always supportive to ensure there was minimal stress, during all the final steps until closing on my new home.
Respectfully, some residential home construction companies, disappear after your closing and purchase of the home. Not these two owners of Forgotten Coast Construction: They made me feel like I was their most important customer and always treated me with the up most respect and kindness.
I reached out on support needed, with regards to several items over the past 12 months. It should be noted that some support was not even directed to the home warranty but more about connected me to the best fencing company, additional landscaping suggestions, HVAC future Maintenance, etc. Without hesitation, Cody would follow up with me the same day I reached out to him. It did not matter if it was something simple, like what paint color is permitted in the HOA, or could you assist me with a company to add stone to create a walkway, Cody would always follow up with me and provide a solution.. Even one of my new appliances had an issue and not only did Cody help me with the process to reach out to the warranty company for the appliance, but he also followed up with me afterword to ensure the appliance was repaired to my satisfaction.
Forgotten Coast Construction stands behind their quality custom homes and will provide as much support after your closing as needed. They both have great integrity and truly value their customers.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home at any price range, to hire Forgotten Coast Construction. They truly stand behind their product and are not just another real estate and construction builder but great hospitality caring people who have sincere interest with ensuring you feel supported and respected as a buyer for one of their fantastic properties or to build your dream home..
Thank you Jennifer and Cody for not only being good at what you do, but great human beings who exceed their customers’ expectations consistently and without hesitation. I am so grateful I selected to purchase a home from Forgotten Coast Construction.
