Another 50G DV, this one from this past winter.. It started snowing but the homeowner needed some hot water! One of the nicest ladies you would ever meet!

50 Gallon direct vent natural gas change out, man these have gotten so expensive!! It amazes me how much materials have increased over the past 5 years! Don't forget the CO detectors when changing out or adding a gas appliance!

Water main repair in Chapel Hill; a rock under the line rubbed a hole through the pipe. Got them fixed up in a jiffy!

The jet has left the pipe...... When there is nowhere to go, sometimes it will make its own path.

With some effort it was discovered that this home's foundation drain dead ended just after going through the foundation.

Residential sewer main repair out in Chapel Hill. The ground settled and the Fernco created an offset between the PVC and cast iron, the new heavy duty bands and PVC x no hub adapter fitting will keep this from occurring again. Sadly it needed replacement all of the way to the tap, but this is all the customer wanted to complete at this time.

Cleared some roots from a home's main sewer line, inspected afterwards with the SeeSnake sewer camera to identify any other issues. Left a USB flash drive of the findings with the homeowner. There was also an issue at the manhole connection, which the municipality can address.
