👋 Hi, I’m Tara — the woman behind PlumbServe. 🔧💙
If you’ve followed our page for a while, you probably recognize Cainbrie before you recognize me. 😂 She’s pretty much claimed the title of Face of PlumbServe, and honestly, I’m okay with that.
But I realized recently that if I’m asking you to trust our company inside your home, around your family, and with some of the biggest investments you’ll make in your property… you deserve to know who is behind the business, too.
So, hi. I’m Tara. ❤️
I didn’t grow up dreaming about owning a plumbing company. Plumbing wasn’t some carefully mapped-out career path for me. But somewhere along the way, it became something much bigger than pipes, water heaters, wells and septic systems.
It became our family’s livelihood. Our team. Our reputation. And something I’m incredibly proud to put my name behind.
As the co-owner of PlumbServe, my job looks a little different every day. Some days I’m dealing with permits and inspectors. Some days I’m paying bills, solving problems, helping our team, answering customer concerns, working on marketing, reviewing jobs, or figuring out how we can do something better tomorrow than we did today.
And believe me—owning a plumbing company has taught me more about plumbing than I ever imagined I would know. 😂
But the biggest thing it has taught me is that people remember how you treat them.
When someone calls us, there is usually a reason. Maybe they don't have water. Maybe sewage is backing up into their home. Maybe their water heater quit. Maybe they're worried about what a repair is going to cost.
Those aren't just “jobs” on our schedule.
There is a family on the other side of every work order.
That's why our motto is:
“Proving We Care, Through Every Repair.”
Those aren't just words we put on our trucks. That's what I want PlumbServe to stand for.
We're not perfect. We're real people. We have crazy days. We make mistakes. We learn. We hold each other accountable. And we work incredibly hard to build a company our community can trust.

I'm going to start showing you more of the people behind PlumbServe—the personalities, the hard work, the funny moments, the things we learn, and probably a little of the chaos that comes with running a plumbing company. 😂

She'll probably always be the real boss around here.
