About Julianna Olate, Owner
Julianna Olate is passionately dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes. Julianna studied Landscape Design and Grounds Keeping at Nordenfjord World University in Denmark. Part of her educational experience included extended visits to Italy, France, Spain, The British Isles, Germany, Holland, Japan, and China to experience firsthand the garden design, gardening practices, and land management strategies implemented there. Back in The States, Julianna continued her studies & hands-on work experience at an organic orchard in Washington, a Christmas Tree Farm in Oregon, and as a site-manager/groundskeeper for a Property Management Company in Marin County, CA. Julianna founded her own award-winning Landscape Design Firm in 1989 and has designed, built, and maintained many residential, commercial, and municipal gardens and public places.
