We made some good progress on Lincoln Court this week. The fence is now finished. We have marked out the utility trenches with white paint and called Usa Dig alert who received our ticket number and are waiting for the utility locate to be completed once the utilities are marked, we have a start date scheduled and will begin trenching and moving forward with the next phase of the project. This project has a few delays along the way, but we are continuing to make steady progress and are getting closer to the finish line we appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we work through the final stages. Thank you to our investors and everyone following this project .

Work continues at Lincoln Court as we move through property improvements, and site coordinations. One portion of the project involves a boundary fence replacement has required additional time due to formal notice requirements and property line coordination procedures. These waiting periods are part of responsible project management and help. Ensure all work is completed properly and legally. In the meantime, additional site work and planning activities have continued moving forward to keep the project progressing. We appreciate everyone following the project and supporting local development in Crescent City
