With it being winter and older homes. Be aware that over the years , people might have improperly installed things. Maybe loose connections or things have been overloaded. Be super careful with space heaters. These pictures are all unfortunate finds in the last few months. Be safe and if something seems off or smells strange give us a call!

Emergency call that fire was shooting out of thier panel. Luckily, she was walking through her laundry room at the perfect time. The husband was a retired fire chief who knew exactly how to kill the power. If they were out or sleeping it could of been a LOT worse. Time was still a factor as someone here needs thier oxygen machine batteries charged every few hours. Loose connections and shoddy work struck again . Do your homework on your contractors!

Immanuel Lutheran church in Downers Grove. Before and after of the stained glass lighting. I can't express how much I wanted this to turn out perfect. This church has been great to me and our little company,plus it's just a very special place. There were a lot of delays and challenges, but I think sometimes that makes it a little more rewarding.

Please make sure your outdoor holiday lights are GFCI protected. This actually scorched the wet grass. The breaker eventually tripped,but not before power issues in the home. Stay safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

This is the Coonley house built by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1908. The craftsmanship is unparalleled! This is why we do this! As we treat each job with the same quality, the fact that we get to repair and work on something the best of the best have created is extremely humbling. I can only hope in 112 years someone can say the same about us.
