Pay: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience and reliability

Responsibilities:
• Assist with siding, roofing, fencing, and decking projects
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Support crew members as needed

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required
