NO AIR. NO COOLING. ONE SERVICE CALL LATER… ❄️🔧

We found this system completely down on arrival, but our technician quickly got to the root of the problem.

A clogged condensate drain line was preventing the system from operating, and further inspection revealed a failed dual run capacitor.

We cleared the drain line and replaced the capacitor under the manufacturer’s parts warranty. ✅

After the repair, everything checked out mechanically, refrigerant levels were good, and the system was delivering a crisp 59°F from the supply vents. 🥶❄️

Problem found. Repair completed. Cool air restored. 💪

IT DIDN’T FIT… SO WE MADE IT FIT. 🔧👀❄️

This install came with a few surprises.

The new furnace was taller than expected, and the outdoor unit needed a larger pad so our team made the necessary adjustments to get everything properly installed and ready to cool. 💪

And while we were there, we spotted significant growth inside the existing ductwork. We recommended duct fogging and a UV light as a future step to help keep the system cleaner.

Problem solved. System installed. Cooling properly. ✅❄️

🧼 From Clogged to Cooling Again!
This system wasn’t running when we arrived and the culprit? A clogged condensate drain line. 😬

We cleared the blockage, got the drain flowing properly again, and gave the very dirty condenser coil a much-needed deep cleaning. After the cleanup, the system was back up and cooling properly! ❄️

We also noticed the evaporator coil could benefit from a cleaning, but that service wasn’t authorized during this visit.
