Last week I got to update a home with new shutters. Very similar in style, the new ones just will never rot. They are a molded foam product, very lightweight and easy to work with. I built a paint booth in their garage and sprayed all 18 shutters with two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint. Then I removed and hung them all. Let me know what I can do for you.

Got through this inspection checklist over two days. (4 pages) The house has not been vacant for 50 years so very little would meet occupancy inspection guidelines. Including this hand rail that just had a 2x4 on each side and a hand rail.

Today I got a list both inside and out. And what a gorgeous day for it. The list goes as follows.

1. Adjust a door so it latches
2. Tighten a toilet
3. Apply a coat of poly to some interior woodwork
4. Hang a picture rail on a plaster wall and prep for photos
5. Re-caulk some flashing under a solar panel.

Such a fun list.
Check out the picture rail on top of this mural wall and the terrible caulk that I had to repair to stop a leak in their garage.
