☀️ Heat Wave PSA from Sauer Heating and Cooling

With the extreme heat we’re experiencing right now, even the best air-conditioning systems can struggle to keep up. A few simple maintenance steps can make a big difference in your system’s performance and efficiency:

✅ Check your air filter and make sure it’s clean and not restricting airflow.
✅ Keep your outdoor condenser coils clean and free of grass, leaves, dirt, and other debris.
✅ Make sure your outdoor unit has plenty of airflow and isn’t blocked by anything.

When your system is dirty or airflow is restricted, your A/C has to work much harder—and in this extreme heat, you’ll definitely notice the difference.

As always, if your A/C isn’t keeping up or you need service, don’t hesitate to reach out to Sauer Heating and Cooling.

It’s hot out there! 🔥🔥🔥
With the heat index climbing over 100° this week, even the best air conditioners are going to have to work a little harder.

To help your system cool as efficiently as possible, here are three simple things you can do:

* Spray off with a hose the outdoor condenser coils to remove dirt and debris.
* Make sure all of the vents in your home are open and unobstructed.
* Replace or clean your air filter if it’s dirty.

These simple maintenance steps can make a big difference in your system’s efficiency, help keep your home cooler, and extend the life of your equipment.

And as always, if you need anything, Sauer Heating & Cooling is here to help. Give us a call at 502-544-3914. Stay cool!
