Got the new roof and PVC membrane done. Lots of dry rot repairs on this one especially around the elevator shaft.
Tons of metal work on the parapet.
Turned out to be a super fun project despite 100° plus temperatures.

Next we will be resealing all of the windows and deck repairs.

Another fresh roof and new siding in the south hills.Time to paint the exterior and a ton of interior updates.
